Drum Roll please... Orchestrating the estate is finished.

Orchestrating an estate is the preparing of an estate from when the family member or friend passes away to the day it's tured over to the realtor.  Many times this requires an liquidation estate sale to clean out the items the family doesn't want.

Watch the transformation of this house from the Estate Sale, wallpaper removal, painting and staging of the home.

What a great transformation.  The doll room was fun, huh?  The wallpaper throughout was really loud, it must have felt so good to see it gone.  I know how much work it is to remove paper.  It's not a fun job.  Great job!

There seems to be a glitch on AR tonight.  All my movies have dissappeared.   I hope that's temporary.

Drew, I believe it was your suggestion that I put together a 3 minute movie on the job.  Hope you like it :-)    Since I wasn't planning on this I didn't take enought photos and from the same direction.

The next time will be better.

Sharon, this was one of the toughest jobs that I've done.   I'm so glad that it turned out well.

Marianne, couldn't have finished without you.   Thanks

Cathy, I look forward to seeing your movie posts.
