Providing Services to Prepare the Home for Sale: AR opinion is needed

AR opinion is needed

One of the nice things about having the business a little slow this week is the chance to play with different programs.

This home was re-staged in December 2009 after the buyer couldn't close on the home.

I thought this would be a good opportunity to try the Photosynth program again.

I'm looking for opinions on the program and it's potential in marketing homes for sale.

Virginia ~ It gave me a very clear and bright picture of the home.  The pictures would stop moving every few seconds, and it gives you the option of zooming in on a particular home's feature - this could be very important when trying to market a home.  I think this software is more like a virtual tour and with some fine tuning could be used as such. Very interesting and thanks for posting.  Kate

Virginia -- I thought it was quite interesting from a technical point of view -- i.e., looking at rooms from different angles and studying the layout of the home.  While it was somewhat slow-moving, I think that it would be a valuable tool in marketing homes for sale.  Thanks for sharing this with us!

I think this program has value, but you lost me after the tenth slide... all I wanted to do was SEE the home. Probably not good for your listings.  Thanks for sharing, but for now I would say Real Estate Shows is the easiest for set-up and distribution for marketing. Thanks for sharing with us though.

Kate, I thought that too it might help on the features of the home.  I'm still frustrated with it.  Though I am determined to make this a lot better with the next one that I try.

Nancy, I'm still debating that issue.  Will it be beneficial when there are so many virtual tours that can be put together a lot easier.

Cathy,  You have so many talents.  Techie will come along soon AND you will be better than I soon.
